Abstract
A fter some delay the government has finally published its latest proposals for dentistry in England under the title ‘Options for Change’.1 This is the next stage in a programme of work referred to as ‘Modernising NHS Dentistry’ which started with the 2000 publication of the same name.2,3 This paper attempts to summarize this latest publication.
