Prize-winning article
Early in November, Nisha Bhanu received her prestigious award from Edmund Proffitt, Chief Executive, British Dental Industry Association, for the BDIA/British and Irish Dental Editors and Writers Forum 2022–2023 prize for undergraduates for her article, co-authored by Ivor Chestnutt, ‘Exploring barriers to tobacco smoking cessation in minority ethnic patients in the UK’, which appeared in last December's issue of Dental Update (2022, 49: 920–925).
